Organic is in!!

The ecologically grown grapes from the vineyards of the beautiful Baztan Valley are hand-picked and brought to the wine cellar immediately afterwards, where they are pressed carefully, fermented, and where the young wine is bottled after a short period of maturation. 

This wine is a blend of 75 % Tempranillo, 20 % Graciano, 5 % Merlot. This is a very good organic Rioja with a fruity and spicy aroma – raspberries, black currants, black pepper, licorice and quince. On the palate, it is very well-balanced and pleasantly fruity with sweet tannins and licorice. It has a long and pleasant finish. Will drink well at temperatures of between 16 and 18 degrees centigrade. Can be served with a meal, but is also very enjoyable when drunk by itself.
