Aroma:

Lifted blood plum and blackberries and some dark pepper and brambly spice smells.

Taste:

Begins with blackberry sweet fruit then tightens up with fine fruit and oak tannin. Great flavour and composition. Youthful austerity as you would expect from a Barossa Shiraz but there are also plenty of fine tannins and dark chocolate nuances in the lengthy finish.
