On The Road From Madrid to La Coruña.
This wine is made exclusively from Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown in the Denominación de Origen of Rueda where this French grape variety was first introduced in 1992. The winery is excellently located, just a few metres from the main road which links Madrid with La Coruña.
The grapes are harvested during the night at 10º C. After crushing, the must is left for maceration with the skins for between 6 and 8 hours to allow the aromas to develop to their full. Fermentation is carried out at 16º C.
