From One of France's Oldest Cider Houses

Since 1919, the House of Ecusson has reinvented cider through their original creations. At Livarot in the heart of Normandy, Ecusson selects and assembles artful ciders with flavours of nearly 20 of the best varieties of cider apples from Normandy, to create refined and delicately fruity ciders.

The Ecusson Normandy Brut Apple is made from the first press  of Ecusson's best Norman apples that make it a perfect complement to a meal.

It has a generous taste of rich apples and caramel with 4.5% alcohol. It exhibits a roundness and length, followed by hints of bitterness that reflect the Normandy terroir from where it comes.

This is a well balanced, aromatic, and refreshing cider. Serve chilled.
